Yin Yoga With Sarah B

An hour long yoga practice dedicated to long-held, passive floor poses. This restorative class is slow moving, allowing us time to sink into postures and find release. We will safely stretch the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, and lower spine, with added elements of meditation and breath work.
A perfect practice for anyone looking to release tension and tightness!
