Pilates With Sarah R

Sarah will guide you through an hour long pilates mat class (no equipment needed) focused on building strength in the three dimensional core body. Throughout class, she aims to bring your awareness to your movement patterns, helping you build a more clear picture of your moving self that you can carry with you in and beyond your pilates practice. No prior pilates experience required! All bodies welcome.
