Join me on your mat as we find power in the core and build strength in the upper and lower body. This hour long workout is paired with a rockin' playlist. As always, form will be key as we tune in to our bodies and tone up for summer!
- 2/3 lb hand weights - could be replaced with two equally sized soup cans, full water bottles or nothing (you'll still feel the burn)
- 5 - 15lb hand weights - you determine your weight based on your comfort level and what you have on hand. You can always do the full class with the 2/3lb set! Substitutes for larger weights include: full laundry detergent, wine bottles, gallon water jugs
-yoga block - could be replaced with a small 9" ball, a rolled up towel or blanket, a pillow
-loop band - could be replaced by a theraband tied to form a loop (no worries if you don't have either! you'll still feel the burn!)
