Yoga With Anna

Anna leads a breath-centered practice full of playful positions and creative transitions. Focus is kept on breath as a tool to stay cool and calm as we stretch and strengthen. Students are encouraged to explore their unique physical experiences as they move through a full body mobilization. Class begins with a progressive warm up and we will take savasana at the end. This practice will leave you feeling even and refreshed and is suitable for all levels.
